Reilly Quigley LLC. Effective Date: October 1, 2026. By using reillyquigley.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms.
1. The Business
Reilly Quigley LLC is a Florida-based local reputation and marketing company that helps small service businesses, such as foundation repair, roofing, HVAC, plumbing and general contractors, collect more 5-star Google reviews, stand out in local search, and turn inquiries into booked appointments. We communicate by text, email, and social media. This includes both marketing and non-marketing communications — for example, marketing about our services, providing and delivering our services, following up on a request you made, confirming and reminding you of scheduled consultations and appointments, answering your questions, and sending other messages related to your interactions with us.
2. Consultations and services
A consultation is a short call to look at a business's Google review page. It carries no obligation and no fee. We provide a paid service only under a written client service agreement signed by both of us, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any number of reviews, star rating, ranking, calls, leads, or revenue. Third-party platforms such as Google control their own rules and can change or remove content.
4. Using the Site
Do not misuse the Site, try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with it, or submit false information or someone else's information without permission.
5. Your information and texts
Information you send is handled under our Privacy Policy. If you agree to receive texts, our Text Message Terms also apply.
6. Ownership
The Site's text, design, and logos belong to Reilly Quigley LLC. You may view the Site to evaluate our services, but may not copy it for commercial use without permission.
7. Disclaimer and liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $100. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Florida law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts serving Pinellas County, Florida.

10. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 727-295-1906. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
